QC’s Manoir Hovey chefs in new Relais & Châteaux VIP cookbook.

We’ve always known Quebec chefs are superb. Now highbrow Relais & Châteaux is recognizing it officially. The association of luxe hotels and restaurants around the globe has just put out a cookbook starring every Relais & Châteaux chef in North America.

85 Inspirational Chefs—From Relais & Châteaux in North America, Mexico and the Caribbean is a first for the group, and you’ll recognize the names: big guns Thomas Keller, Daniel Boulud and Jean-Georges Vongerichten. Sharing the limelight are Roland Ménard and Francis Wolf, the culinary talents at Manoir Hovey in North Hatley, QC.

Of course there’s plenty of food porn to keep you turning pages. And Manoir Hovey’s duo is behind three recipes: venison tartare with smoked bread, asparagus soup with hyssop and maple parfait à la blackberries and banana fritters.
