When it comes to blissing out, Montreal’s Bota Bota is sure to float your boat. This gorgeous and unusual new facility floats in Saint Lawrence River by the Old Port of Montréal, Québec tapping into the healing powers of water. The ship housing the Scandinavian-themed spa was once a hard-working vessel but after an extreme makeover, it’s now a luxurious, chic oasis, complete with a water circuit, plunge pools, and a full range of face and body treatments offered over five levels. Though it was designed to showcase views of the city, somehow, floating there in the river, Bota Bota spa feels far removed from urban distractions.
