GO Backpackers is a travellers hostel which provides short-term accommodation for the thrifty traveller, much like the best hostels in Europe and Australia.
Edmonton, AB (Oct. 8th, 2009) – GO Backpackers has finally re-opened in a new location, the former Greenbriar Inn on 102 street and 100th Avenue.
GO Backpackers is a travelers hostel which provides short-term accommodation for the thrifty traveler. Much like the best hostels in Europe and Australia, GO Backpackers has been designed to welcome visitors from all over the world in a fun and safe environment.
Located in the heart of downtown Edmonton, we are second to none when it comes to being close to where it’s all at! Our guests spend as much per day as a hotel guest, but not on accommodation. They prefer to save on lodging in order to see what the city is all about. Our guests are here to experience Edmonton to its fullest for the short time that they’re in our beautiful city.
Inviting, comfortable, cost-saving and friendly, we are the quintessential meeting place for people from all over the world. As an introduction to Edmonton for many, we are a portal to our city and to our province and we do our best to make their time here exceptional.
Our international guests are the biggest promoters of Edmonton and of Alberta as they backpack from one city, province and country to another. It is our job at GO Backpackers Hostel to not only offer our guests great accommodation, but to also provide them with incomparable ways of experiencing and enjoying both Edmonton and Alberta. It is our goal to help create for them lasting memories of their stay in our wonderful city and in our outstanding province. Since we’ve opened, Germans, Australians and Swiss guests are our top three international guests!
