Match your personality to your hotel suite at Quebec’s Le Château Bonne Entente.

A $2.5 mil reno has created eight rooms to suit your mood-ring personality hue; just take the quiz.

I was really looking forward to staying at Le Château Bonne Entente in Québec City, QC. Even though it’s not in the fabled old town, this hotel in the ‘burbs gets great reviews. What’s more, the owners recently forked out $2.5 million renovating one wing and creating eight distinctive room styles.

“Chloé” helps you decide what room best suits your personality. You meet Chloé online and she asks a bunch of questions like, “How would describe your clothing style?” and, “What type of person do you like to have around?”

No problem. It’s “comfort first” when it comes to my wardrobe, and I like to hang out with “genuine and positive” people. A few questions later, Chloé determined I was a “classic” who would enjoy a “So-suite” with its “tasteful blend of country and traditional styles.” I could snuggle between “silky Mascioni Italians sheets” in the king-size bed. Sounded wonderful and I’m sure it would have been.

Had I stayed there.

But I didn’t. Let’s just say it wasn’t up to me. When I opened the door to a contemporary “Terzo” room, I was dazzled first by a dramatic white leather couch set against bronze taffeta drapes. A bathroom bar supported two elegant porcelain bowls with silver faucets. The glass shower had enough jets to give Air Canada a run for its money. And—what bliss—it doubled as a steam room.

Chloé, I don’t blame you, but I’m not “classic.”  I’m “young” and “playfully bold.” Who knew? Not me. Try Chloé’s personality test out for yourself.
