• We continually update our library, so check back often!

Need help? Here’s our quick guide to downloading images or video. You can also email us with your questions.

1. Login with your email and password or register an account
2. Search for images under the image tab and video under the video tab
3. Keyword searches are the easiest to do, you can also browse our keyword categories by clicking the browse button above the keyword/search box
4. Once you’ve found the image or video you want to download, click the green arrow icon under the asset thumbnail
5. Now the image or video you want is in your download cart and you can add more by following the same process
6. Once you have all the images or video you want in your download cart click the ‘my download cart’ link in the upper right hand corner
7. All of our images are available in 4 formats: web and small, medium, large print sizes. Chose the format you want each image in
8. Once you’ve selected a format for each asset, the orange text at the top of the page will turn green. Click on the green text that now says “Click here to download checked assets now”
9. Complete the download request form
10. We will review your request and reply to you within 24 hours. During business hours PST we will aim to get back to you with 2 hours.
