Here’s our quick guide to downloading images or video. You can also email us with your questions.

• If you have visited our library before, just Login with your email and password. If you are new to CTC’s library please register an account.
• Search for images under the image tab or video under the video tab.
• You can search by keyword or by geographic region, or you can browse by category.
• Once you’ve found the image or video you want to download, click the green arrow under the photo thumbnail. Or you can choose to create a “lightbox” or collection of images which can be shared by e-mail. Add more items by following the same process.
• Once you have all the images or video you want in your download cart, click the “my download cart” link in the upper right-hand corner.
• Images are available in 4 formats: web-ready, and small, medium and large print sizes.
• Once you’ve selected a format for each image, the orange text at the top of the page will turn green. Click on the green text that now says “Click here to download checked assets now”
• Complete the download request form.
• We will review your request and reply to you within 24 hours. During business hours PST we will aim to get back to you with 2 hours. You will receive a note explaining the credits required for each photo.
