Based in Mississauga, ON, Cathy Stapells is the freelance content editor for the CTC Media Centre website. She thanks her grandmother for getting her hooked on travel when she was eight years old with a two-week driving trip to Atlantic Canada. A writer and editor for 20 years, her work has appeared in the Travel Guides to Canada, Toronto Star, Toronto Sun, Canadian Living, HELLO!, Dreamscapes, TraveLife.ca, Endless Vacations, Good Times, Carguide, Driven and Suburban Living.
